The Most Common Relationship Mistake Gay Men Make
I just finished reading an article in Revolutionary Gay Magazine about the common relationship mistakes gay men make and I couldn't disagree more. I stopped reading after it listed "Open Relationships" as a common mistake gay men make. If anything we, as gay men, make the common mistake of equivocating ourselves with our heterosexual counterparts - the most prominent of which is our sex and sexuality. While this article does make a few good points, including hastily attaching yourself to your partner and the need to respect each others boundaries, it reads and panders as a whiny attempt to heteronormatize homosexual relationships.

Hell Hath No Fury Like A Gay Blogger Scorned
I only recently came across Christopher Gen’s call to arms against the influx of men questioning their sexuality and their use of Grindr to explore their identity. The writer is obviously thoroughly misguided and misinformed on LGBTQI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex – because yes, sexuality truly is a spectrum) culture and his commentary on such a matter can only be read as the whiny complaint of a gay man scorned for misusing a social networking application that does not cater to what he looks for in an ideal man. Before I dissect each poorly articulated concern regarding the degradation of gay men as a community by those who are not “man enough to admit what you want,” I suggest that Christopher choose a different network the next time he’s looking for a romantic connection.

The Best Friend
I'm a good, little Nasty Pig :@] OINK!
The Best Friend I met online thanks to Adam4Adam. His muscles, gorgeous hair, and cute Southern charm had me swooning but, like all Internet encounters, I was worried that he couldn't walk the walk. The boyfriend and I were going through a rough patch but I didn't want to throw that to the wind and my legs up in the air for a new guy, so I closed my legs and waited out the storm... until we broke up, and I started slutting around like a good piggy bottom. Then one day at Flaming Saddles I looked across the bar and there he stood.

The Boyfriend
Don't I look like the sweet boy next door... who is hiding a kinky secret?
Last weekend and over Thanksgiving dinner I thought about the things for which I am truly thankful. Friends, family, loved ones, my good health - all those things definitely came to mind but something I couldn't exactly just blurt out at the dinner table was all the amazing sex I had this past year. I then compiled a list of my top five greatest sexcapades of 2012 and would love to share it with y'all. Sorry if you didn't make the cut, I just wrote down the five guys that first came to mind. Memorable experiences are great experiences, am I right?

Mein Lieber Herr
The first time I started hooking I was surprised to find that I wasn't having all that much sex with any of my Johns. My initial thoughts were, "What is this bullshit?! Am I not fuckable, or something?!" It wasn't until I started to get to know these wonderful people with whom I came into contact that I realized that, while I did work in the sex industry and contrary to popular belief that everything is about sex, there was more to it all than immediate self-gratification. Sure, there certainly is and can be that aspect of being a RentBoy where you and your clients develop a strictly sexual relationship but sometimes you encounter someone who simply wants a connection with another individual.

Online "Dating" and You
We, as gay men, have such awesome control of our sexual escapades (or as I like to fondly refer to them - our sexcapades) that we have a responsibility, not only to ourselves but to those with whom we meet, to communicate our needs and wants... in bed. There's a lot to be said about online encounters and the etiquette behind them, but for now we'll start with the basics. Two important elements in any relationship, whether it be with a random hookup, friend with benefits, or partner, are honesty and communication.
